Beta Testing and Preview Releases
Amtil Inc. ("Amtil", "we", "us") invites users ("Participants", "you") to partake in Alpha testing, Beta testing, and preview releases ("Testing Programs") of our innovative features and services ("Products"). These Testing Programs are designed to allow Participants to test functionality, provide feedback, and help improve the overall quality of Amtil's upcoming releases.
**1. Eligibility**
Participation in Testing Programs is voluntary and is open to selected users who agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. By participating, you acknowledge that you meet any specific criteria set by Amtil and agree to provide honest, constructive feedback regarding your testing experience.
**2. Confidentiality**

Testing Programs involve pre-release versions of Products that may not be fully functional and may contain bugs. Amtil is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or other damages that may arise from participating in Testing Programs. Participants agree to use the Products at their own risk.
**6. Termination of Participation**
Amtil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Testing Program or an individual's participation in it at any time without notice or liability.
**7. Changes to Policy**
Amtil Inc. may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be posted as part of the Testing Programs' documentation. Continued participation after changes to the policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

**4. Account Suspension for Outstanding Balance:** If your account has an outstanding balance, you will be given a 30-day grace period to settle the amount. Failure to clear the outstanding balance within this period may result in account suspension.

Payment and Subscription Terms
Effective as of January 1, 2024 these Payment and Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern the use of the encyclopedia feature and future services including workshops, assessments, and courses ("Services") offered by Amtil Inc. ("Amtil," "we," "us"). By subscribing to our Services, you ("Subscriber," "you") agree to these Terms.
**1. Subscription Plans and Pricing**
a. **Encyclopedia Feature:** Priced at $14 per month.
b. **Additional Features:** Each additional feature launched in the future will be priced based on current market conditions, ranging from $4 to $8 additionally per feature.
c. **Discounts:** Yearly subscriptions will receive a 10% reduction in overall price compared to monthly pricing. Amtil also offers quarterly and bi-monthly pricing options.
d. **Institutional Pricing:** These pricing structures apply to individual users. Separate terms are provided for institutions under our enterprise level agreement.
**2. Payment Methods**
Amtil accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Our payment processing is securely managed through Stripe.
**3. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation**
a. **Automatic Renewal:** All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. To cancel, log into our payment portal and follow the cancellation procedures.
b. **Cancellation:** Cancellations can be made at any time but must be done before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
**4. Refund Policy**
